Filet Guipure Technique

Whorkshop class of 12 or 15 hours. During this class you will learn how to read a pattern following Marie-Jo's method to make fancy borders. You will start a small project of a frame border to display any black & white or sepia photos of your ancestor or relatives. 

Variation of the pattern will lead to multiple project ideas: bookmark, pillow, trim for bedsheet and blanket, and more. 

For this project, we are going to use an exotic fiber that grows in my area.
